Navigation on project board
1. Vertical menu on the left shows a list of projects that you have access to.
2. Select needed project by clicking on its name.
3. After that, Kanban board of selected project will open with columns: "New", "In progress", "Under review", "Verified", "Completed".
Note: You can have different access rights in projects: "Author", "Editor", "Participant", "Guest" or "No access". For more information, see section "Access rights".
Creating and editing tasks
Creating a new task
1. On project board, find and click "+" button (at the top of the board in each column).
2. The task card will be displayed on board.
3. On the task card, click on three dots
4. Select “Edit Task” from the list
A task creation window opens.
5. Fill in all necessary fields:
Task name: Briefly and clearly describe the essence of task.
Description: Use text formatting panel to describe task in detail, highlight important points, and add lists and tags.
The more detailed the description, the faster the task will be completed.
Task priority: Select a value from drop-down list (from 1 to 10) where 10 is the most urgent task to do and 1 is the least urgent.
Contractor: Assign task to a project participant from the list.
Attaching files: Click on the matching button and upload necessary files (videos, photos, layouts, documents). Please take note of file size limit.
Access rights: In "Access rights to the task" section, assign roles to participants: "Author", "Editor", "Participant", "Guest".

6. Check all fields once again. To save, click "Save" button. To close the window without saving, click Cancel.
Important! In task editing window, you can change task status by selecting another column from the drop-down list.
Moving a Task on the Kanban Board
If you need to move a task to another column, you can do this in several ways:
Move by changing the status in the task editing window.
On the desktop version: grab the task by clicking and holding the left mouse button on any edge of the task card, then drag it to the desired column.
On the mobile version: click the "Move" button in the bottom right corner of the task card and move it to the desired column.
Deleting Tasks
You can delete a task in two ways:
Open the task editing window, click the "Delete" button, and confirm deletion.
On the task card, click the three dots — a menu will open, select "Delete", and confirm deletion.
Adding Comments to Tasks
Click the arrow at the bottom of the card — a comment input window will open, where you can also attach a file. If there are comments, their count will be displayed on a counter. The counter remains orange when there are unread comments.
